Pastoral care is offered to residents at their request. Our Chaplain, Robin Bacon Hoffman, is capable of conducting many special services and can be engaged to conduct memorial services and services for other special occasions.

Chaplain Robin conducts an interfaith Bible study group on a regular basis, a support group. From time-to time she offers other classes.  Recently the Chaplain held a well-attended and popular series entitled,"Positive Living ."

Denominational services for Presbyterians, Episcopalians, and Roman Catholics are held on campus by special arrangement with clergy from those churches.  Jewish Shabbat services are available one Friday a month as well.  Please click here to refer to the Schedule page for times of those services.

In Health Care, the Chaplain offers scriptural and other inspirational readings and prayers each Monday morning. Every Wednesday afternoon she leads Chapel services with one service each month reserved for a hymn sing.  Residents Don Smith and Mary Palmer are accompanists who generously volunteer their musical gifts for all services and hymn sings. Other volunteers assist with transporting residents to and from the services and help with serving refreshments at the fellowship time after services.
