Nature Notes is a quaterly newsletter prepared by members of the Meadow Lakes Resident Forum Grounds Committee. It is intended to help residents understand and enjoy the natural features of the Meadow Lakes grounds.
This is the First edition of the Newsletter. It supersedes the 7th edition of the annual Grounds Committee Newsletter. This new publication contains current information about the Meadow Lakes grounds and Arboretum and includes special reports by Joe Greipp, Director of Grounds and the Arboretum. Joe, a registered horticulturist, is especially knowledgeable about ancient tree species, flowering shrubs, and the effects of weather on trees.
