A: There is a list of all Committees reproduced each year. You will be given a copy by Marketing when you move in. The same list is posted on the auditorium bulletin board.

Most committees have some limitation on membership but include anyone who can make a genuine contribution because of previous experience, for example. The amount of work required depends on the needs of each individual Committee.
Q: If I don't join a committee, what will I do with my time?
A: There are many activities provided by the Resident Activities Department in which you may take part as you wish. There are frequent speakers and periodic trips. You can learn about these activities from the monthly and weekly calendars, the Residents' Handbook, and from looking at the sign-up sheets in the Auditorium. In addition, you may want to volunteer to help in the Health Center. As you observe other residents and chat with them, you will learn about things that will interest you.
A: Indeed they do! Take a look at the "Games" page on this site to learn about various games that are available.
